The image you provide should be clear and well lit, with as little rotation and skew as possible. Remember this feature is new and experimental and can make mistakes! If a scan fails, please try to manually search our site for your model number, or simply contact us for more help.

The model number sticker is found in a few different shapes and sizes and their location can vary. Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers and Ovens typically have the sticker in the door seal area and is only visible with the door open. Fridges and Freezers typically place the sticker inside the appliance, but some are on the rear or side. Microwaves and coffee machines are typically on the rear. Smaller counter top appliances have them underneath. All should contain the model number and usually some more information which defines the specific production run of your appliance. Cropping the image to remove unneccessary parts of the image is useful and can improve results. If you have problems, please contact us, we have experts ready to help. Image examples are shown below.
