Having purchased a new oven with only one wire shelf,I struggled to get info on spares availability due to the lack details in the handbook provided,and it being an unbranded item. However, a search of the manufacturer/agent on the Internet brought me to this company, who had them on their list. They not only had the shelf I required,but once ordered,kept me in the loop every step of the process,hugely unusual these days. I not only knew it was in stock,I also knew when it went for packing,who packed it (Tom),and when it was collected by Royal Mail for delivery,after which it was delivered the next day. The shelf itself came well packed and fitted perfectly,altogether an exceptional service and one I wouldn't hesitate to use again and would happily recommend to anyone
